About Me Dr. Edrissa Ken-Joof is a researcher, scholar, writer, and poet. He is a powerful business driver with entrepreneurial instincts and clarity of vision, an accomplished, motivated and goal oriented individual with skills required to facilitate changes that improve business processes; help to transition an organization over to a new technical system; build relationships with vendors; and to review company policies or collaborate with stakeholders in the development of new business proposals. Through sound strategy development, he takes a vision and makes it reality by creating, developing, and implementing appropriate business strategies in order to meet corporate objectives. He has a Ph.D. in Management from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan, and an MA in International Affairs and Security Management from Ming Chuan University, Taiwan. He also has a BA in Political Science and English from University of The Gambia. He has more than ten years of experience both as an administrator in the civil service (Gambia Government); and as an academic specializing in conducting research and teaching courses related to Business, Organisational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management.
